Touch Of Evil: Classic Film Noir w/ Pinot Noir Tasting

MARCH 5
On Thursday, March 5th, Newport-based folk trio Princess June will take the stage at Jane Pickens Theater to perform their debut album, Beyond the Fence! Produced by Steve Rizzo at Stable Sound Studio in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, three songwriters (Myah Strauser, Telli Quinn and Griffin Keeffe) paint vignettes of growing pains and spiritual realizations through colorful folk arrangements.
With influences such as Fleet Foxes, Sagittarius, Fleetwood Mac and more, Princess June provides an ever-changing landscape of original music outside the bounds of traditional folk!
Having wowed audiences playing the JPT stage several times, it's only fitting that they celebrate the release of their first full album in our storied theater tied so intricately to Folk Music history. See Princess June before they become big stars as they perform the entirety of their new album (& maybe some surprises) in an intimate, exciting, and celebratory live concert!
Performing an opening set for the event will be Mystic-based singer-songwriter and producer Brad Bensko, a dear friend and inspiration of the band.
Doors open at 7pm. Brad Bensko plays @ 8:00 - 15 minute intermission- full set from Princess June.
Early Access Tickets are $30- get yours before they increase to $35 on February 5th!
