If you're not celebrating St. Patrick's day by downing delicious Narragansett beer, nodding your head to authentically awesome Irish music, and watching Martin Scorsese's crime masterpiece The Departed on the big screen, what are you doing? Celtic lovers and cinephiles will enjoy this hybrid holiday event, featuring live traditional Irish music by local favorites Rhode To Dublin and a beer tasting by Narragansett Beer featuring their brand-new Irish Red Ale on tap pre-film!

South Boston cop Billy Costigan (Leonardo DiCaprio) goes under cover to infiltrate the organization of gangland chief Frank Costello (Jack Nicholson). As Billy gains the mobster's trust, a career criminal named Colin Sullivan (Matt Damon) infiltrates the police department and reports on its activities to his syndicate bosses. When both organizations learn they have a mole in their midst, Billy and Colin must figure out each other's identities to save their own lives.

Rhode To Dublin is a revolving cast of musicians that perform Irish/Celtic music around Rhode Island (their Sunday sessions at The Fastnet Pub a popular Newport staple!) The current configuration for March 2025 is Jamie Lawton on the violin, band founder Timmy May on the guitar, mandolin, and vocals, and Patrick May on the guitar and banjo. We invite very talented musicians to join the band for different events. We are thrilled to report that for the Jane Pickens theater show, singer/songwriter Ryan Moran will perform with the band.
